For the implementation of this project we used Dynamics 365, Field Service Module and the CRM Portal. The portal modeled the process that the client must follow to make a request for collection and delivery of their clothes. In the CRM the same process was modeled for when the client communicates directly with the office without using the web page. In both cases, we imp0lemented the automatic generation of agreements, work orders and booking dates related to the appointment.
