Success Story: Empowering a Modern Business with Dynamics 365 Business Central


At PartnerHelper, we recently supported a client in the Digital Transformation and Consulting space to successfully implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The project was structured into several strategic phases to ensure a smooth transition and optimized system functionality.

Our team began with the deployment of the tenant, establishing user licenses, permissions, and company setup. From there, we configured the Projects module, enabling accurate timesheet tracking, followed by a comprehensive setup of the Finance module, including Chart of Accounts, Posting Groups, Dimensions, Taxes, and bank reconciliation processes.

The Sales and Purchasing modules were then implemented to manage Customers, Vendors, Accounts Receivable and Payable, as well as quotes, orders, and invoicing. We conducted a meticulous data migration of master tables and opening balances, ensuring continuity and data integrity.

The final stages included quality assurance testing, user training, user acceptance testing (UAT), and GoLive support. Today, our client operates with improved financial visibility, optimized operations, and scalable systems—all built securely on Microsoft technology.
